What we collect

When you book through this site, the details you type (name, vehicle, address or neighborhood and notes) are not stored on our website. They are placed into a WhatsApp message on your own device, and you decide whether to send it. Once sent, the conversation is handled through WhatsApp under its own privacy policy.

Analytics

We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors use the site — for example, which pages are viewed and whether the booking button is used. Google Analytics sets cookies and collects information such as pages visited, approximate location (city level), device and browser type. It does not receive the details you type in the booking form. How we use your information

Only to answer your questions, confirm and carry out your appointment, and improve our service. We do not sell your personal information.
